Litigation and Trial
We serve as New Jersey Counsel for clients litigating significant intellectual property disputes, securities class actions, and multi-district litigation consolidated in the District of New Jersey. We play a variety of roles as local counsel depending on the needs of the client, including:

Our trial and appellate lawyers also advise on practice in New Jersey trial courts, the Appellate Division, and the New Jersey Supreme Court, offering guidance on the New Jersey Rules of Evidence and the New Jersey Court Rules, as well as substantive state-law issues. Our attorneys have substantial experience with construction and real estate transactions, environmental issues, labor and employment policies and disputes, government and public affairs strategy, corporate issues, and navigating different types of contracts—to name just a few.

Arbitrations and Mediations
Our trial attorneys are experienced with arbitration proceedings and can assist referring attorneys and their clients with all aspects of arbitration practice, including initial arbitration case evaluation and strategy, selection of arbitrators, representing clients through the entire arbitration process, and post-arbitration matters. We also have considerable experience mediating cases and can recommend neutrals appropriate for a particular client dispute.
