We lead clients through large and complex wind projects. Archer provided legal counsel, bid support, land use services, and contracts development and review for an offshore wind developer that was awarded the largest individual contract to develop an offshore wind project by the State of New Jersey. We stay on top of issues that impact our clients, including integration into the electric grid, state and federal legislation, and regulatory and commercial developments such as siting and incentives.
