Tenant Rights
Defended commercial tenant against suit brought by landlord seeking an eviction for overcharged and trumped up CAM. Tenant remained in the premises and all overcharged CAM claims were dismissed.
Negotiation of Subordinate Rights
Evicted commercial tenant and obtained judgment for back rent and unpaid additional rent. Negotiated sale of inventory with tenant’s lender and recovered more than 50% of judgment of amount from the sale of inventory remaining on site despite having subordinate rights to tenant’s personal property.
