Archer’s pro bono program reflects our mission to remove barriers, create opportunities, and make justice accessible for individuals and organizations unable to afford quality legal representation. Our commitment to addressing community needs through the provision of pro bono legal services is a core element of Archer's corporate citizenship strategy.

Through our partnering with charitable, nonprofit, tax exempt, and legal aid organizations, we assist individuals in matters and proceedings involving expungements, children rights advocacy, tenant representations, will drafting, bankruptcy filings, among others. Additionally, we provide pro bono legal assistance to a variety of nonprofit institutions in real estate and land use matters. Our attorneys also strive to ensure that communities with viable environmental justice matters get the representation they need, whether that be in a courtroom, dealing with an agency, or in a more consultative manner. Archer participates in an annual expungement clinic where eligible individuals may have criminal records expunged removing potential impediments to access to employment, housing, and education.

We are proud of our pro bono services and of the relationships we have with our partner agencies and organizations that refer matters to us, including Cyrus Vance Center for International Justice, Philly VIP,  Volunteer UP Legal Clinic, and New Jersey Legal Services. These organizations provide tremendous support to those most in need, and we are honored to work alongside them.
