Overview
Victoria focuses her practice in the areas of land use, planning and zoning, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance. Representing public entities, commercial and residential clients, Victoria provides advice and counsel on various aspects of land use and zoning affecting current and potential development projects, including obtaining variance and site plan approvals.
Prior to joining Archer, Victoria served as a law clerk for a Philadelphia law firm, where she assisted in a variety of environmental litigation matters. Previous to that, Victoria served as an intern for the Honorable Renée Marie Bumb, United States District Court (D.N.J.) – Camden, as well as served as an environmental permitting and counseling legal intern for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University in Environmental Policies, Institutions & Behaviors, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Victoria worked as an Environmental Scientist for an environmental and engineering consulting firm, where she conducted Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Regulatory Compliance Assessments.
Victoria received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Camden, where she served as a Senior Editor on the Rutgers University Law Review. She served as President of the Rutgers Environmental Law Society (2018-2019), as well as served as a teaching assistant for the Torts and First Year Legal Writing courses. Victoria participated in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in 2019.
