Tracy L. Kiesel
Hydrogeologist
Overview
Tracy Kiesel joined Archer as a consulting hydrogeologist in 2002. Prior to joining Archer, she was employed at an environmental consulting firm in New Jersey where her case portfolio included over 50 major oil company projects across three states. In this role, she designed and implemented strategic site investigation and remediation plans, maintained remedial systems, directed and performed due diligence activities, and interacted with regulatory agencies.
At Archer, Tracy assists with environmental technical issues in connection with legal matters. Her position entails managing outside consulting services, developing technical strategies, reviewing technical documents, interaction with regulatory agencies, preparation of expert and technical factual witnesses, providing financial evaluations and litigation support. Additionally, Tracy provides technical advice and support to the Petroleum Industries Practices Group on contaminated property transactions. She works closely with the clients’ litigation experts in streamlining data to improve efficiencies and reduce client costs. She also presents to client groups on technical issues germane to environmental legal matters.
