Stacey J. Sinclair

Stacey is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, having undertaken this administrative role after twenty years of practice in the area of complex litigation with a specific focus on the environmental issues facing the petroleum industry. During her practice, Stacey also was instrumental in establishing Archer’s Litigation Technology Department, and its E-Discovery & Document Management Solutions Practice which efficiently manages and cost-effectively assists clients in meeting discovery demands without incurring third-party costs.

As part of her operational responsibilities, Stacey is a member of Archer’s Executive Management Team, works closely with the firm’s C-Suite, advises Committee Chairs, and actively participates in all core committees charged with the strategic development of Archer’s professionals, culture, and business strategy - including Archer’s Personnel; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Finance, and Business Development Committees. She supports Practice Group Chairs in staffing subject matter practices and client teams, acts as a liaison to the Hiring Committee, and is integrally involved in lateral partner acquisition.

Stacey relies upon her years of litigation experience working with in-house counsel, co-counsel and large joint-defense groups to build consensus wherever possible, believing the insight, perspectives, and opinions of others contributes to a more informed, innovative and inclusive environment.  Regardless of whether her current focus is administrative, operational or strategic in nature, her goal remains the same – ensuring that Archer is best able to meet the needs of its clients.
