Overview
Ryan focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation. He represents companies and individuals in cases involving complex and challenging legal issues such as business divorce, shareholder disputes, contract claims, and breaches of employment agreements and restrictive covenants. Among Ryan’s clients are corporations, small and middle-market companies, and closely-held and family-owned businesses. He assists clients in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, drafting discovery requests and responses, motion practice, and trial preparation.
A tireless advocate for his clients, Ryan addresses his clients' issues in an efficient and effective manner. With an emphasis on clear and responsive communication, he strives to ensure that his clients are well informed about their case and their needs are thoroughly met.
Prior to joining Archer, Ryan served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa M. Vignuolo, P.J.Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery and Complex Business Litigation divisions. Prior to that, Ryan completed an externship with the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps in Trenton, NJ.
