Overview
Patrick focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation. He advises clients on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, shareholder rights, employment disputes, protection of trade secrets and unfair competition, business torts, and consumer fraud. Patrick works with clients ranging from large corporations and small and middle-market companies to closely-held and family-owned businesses. He assists clients in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, drafting discovery requests and responses, motion practice, and trial preparation.
A results-oriented attorney, Patrick strives to be a trusted adviser who understands his clients’ business and is committed to their growth. He guides clients through the legal process providing clear and consistent communication, and ensuring they are comfortable and informed at every stage.
Prior to joining Archer, Patrick served as a federal judicial clerk for the Hon. Carol Sandra Moore Wells through the Temple University Beasley School of Law Federal Judicial Clerkship Honors program. Additionally, during law school Patrick served as a policy legal intern for Sandy Hook promise, working directly on Gun Reform policy on municipal, state, and federal levels. He was also a member of the Temple Trial Team, where he received honors for excellence in trial advocacy and was a Law and Public Policy Scholar. Patrick was also a summer associate at Archer.
Before beginning his career in law, Patrick was a defensive lineman in the NFL playing for the Los Angeles Chargers. While earning his B.A. at Colgate University, Patrick served as Captain of the Colgate Raiders football team.
