Overview
Nicholas represents industrial, commercial, and residential property owners and developers in real estate matters involving the acquisition, financing, development, disposition, and leasing of property. He drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements and closing documents, as well as lease agreements, including commercial lease agreements, amendments, and terminations, in addition to handling easement agreements, deeds, estoppels, SNDAs, and organizational documents. Nicholas also assists clients with real estate due diligence, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, condominium documents, service contracts, and loan documents.
Nicholas served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson, Assignment Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Mercer Vicinage. He was also an intern for the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining Archer, Nicholas was an associate with a New Jersey litigation and trial boutique law firm.
