Overview
Morgan focuses her practice in the area of estate planning and estate administration. She works with clients on estate, trust, and related tax matters, including planning for both simple and complex estates. Morgan assists clients with drafting Last Wills and Testaments, revocable and irrevocable trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Advance Healthcare Directives.
In the area of estate administration, Morgan assists clients in probate matters, including intestacy proceedings, probate of Wills, marshaling and inventorying estate assets, preparation and filing of federal and state death tax returns, and preparation of formal and informal estate accountings.
Morgan is a compassionate advocate who ensures clients feel heard and understood during the estate planning and estate and trust administration process. She helps clients and their families navigate difficult issues by providing practical and thoughtful solutions.
Prior to joining Archer, Morgan served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Haas, P.J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While attending Rutgers Law School, Morgan was an Eagleton Institute of Politics Fellow, and served as Editor-In-Chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.
