Meghan A. Fitzgerald

Meghan has more than 15 years’ experience as a paralegal working in complex toxic tort, product liability and environmental litigation matters. She supports the firm’s attorneys in a variety of ways including drafting pleadings, tracking various multi-district litigation filings, preparing deposition preparation materials for attorney review, and conducting document reviews of original client documents. Meghan offers extensive knowledge on all aspects of the litigation process from discovery through trial. Meghan received her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Stockton University. She also had an internship in Washington D.C. at the Law Office of Phyllis Baron, with a focus on criminal defense.
