Kathleen E. McKeaney

Kathy is a paralegal with 30 years of experience, 27 of which have been spent working at Archer.  Kathy’s expertise is in litigation and works closely with attorneys in the Personal Injury, Business Litigation and Real Estate Tax Appeal Practice Groups.  She has experience in matters from both the plaintiff and defense perspective.  Her responsibilities include everything from the initial intake from a prospective new client, to case initiation, discovery and preparation and attendance at jury trials.  She has extensive experience in the management and review of complex medical records, insurance policies, and business agreements and documents. She is an integral part of her practice groups’ team approach to each case with the main goal of bringing favorable outcomes to our clients.
