Kathleen has been an integral part of the firm’s Human Resources and Benefits team for over 10 years. She oversees and manages all aspects of Human Resources and Benefits functions firmwide, including: recruiting; employee relations; leave administration; compensation; HR data management; all firm-related benefits, including medical plans and designs; health and wellness initiatives; 401k and profit-sharing administration; and the firm’s health and wellness initiatives. She also oversees the Document Production department.
