Overview
Hari represents industrial, commercial, and residential property owners and developers in real estate matters involving the acquisition, financing, development, disposition, and leasing of property. He drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements and closing documents, as well as lease agreements, including commercial lease agreements, amendments, and terminations, in addition to handling easement agreements, deeds, estoppels, SNDAs, and organizational documents. He also assists clients with real estate due diligence, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, condominium documents, service contracts, and loan documents.
In addition to his real estate practice, Hari has advised clients regarding environmental regulations, environmental due diligence, and potential risk and liability. Prior to his legal career, Hari was an air quality specialist for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. He leverages this background to help in real estate matters that include an environmental component.
Before joining Archer, Hari was a real estate and environmental attorney for a Philadelphia-based national law firm.
