Eva M. Fatenko

Eva focuses her practice in the areas of Community and Condominium Association Law, creation and administration of NJDCA registrations, and transactional commercial real estate. She represents national developers in their in-state and out-of-state land registration efforts with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. She has dealt extensively with the transactional issues pertinent to state-regulated, planned developments and condominiums, and regularly prepares condominium governancy documents that include master deeds, certificates of incorporation, and bylaws for the condominium association. She also frequently represents developers during Home Owners’ Association transition periods.

Eva has spoken on topics that include mixed-use condominiums and condominium and planned community practice.
