Elisa is a paralegal in the Real Estate Group, experienced with commercial real estate transactions on behalf of both sellers and buyers, including preparation of critical dates memorandum and transactional closing documents. She also prepares and maintains closing checklists; drafts ancillary loan documents and closing instructions; reviews and prepares entity organizational documents; performs survey and title reviews; conducts UCC, judgment, tax and litigation searches; and monitors commercial loan closings. Elisa is also experienced with residential real estate transactions for New York and New Jersey, and drafts and reviews contracts of sale; prepares deeds and closing documents; and reviews title reports, lien searches, estate documents and other closing related materials for purchases, sales, refinances and foreclosures.
