Amy M. Huber

Amy is a paralegal and assists in all aspects of debtor representations, including preparation of initial filings and related “first day” matters, gathering additional information, preparing schedules and statements, finalizing, and filing motions and other pleadings throughout the case. Amy also assists in all aspects of chapter 7 trustee representations, including drafting notices, agendas, CNOs, fee applications, and other documents, and finalizing and filing motions and other pleadings. In adversary proceedings and other bankruptcy-related litigation, Amy has experience in assisting with discovery, including aspects of coordinating electronic discovery projects with Archer’s litigation support team.
