Overview
Alec focuses his practice in the areas of land use, planning and zoning, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance, assisting clients across a variety of industries. He acts for a broad range of industrial, commercial, and residential property owners and developers in all phases of development and redevelopment projects. Alec provides advice and counsel on various aspects of land use and zoning affecting current and potential development projects, including obtaining variance and site plan approvals. He helps clients navigate the federal, state, and local regulatory processes related to their land acquisition and planned development projects.
In addition to his land use and redevelopment practice, Alec has worked with clients on various real estate matters, including property identification and acquisition, lease and purchase negotiations, and negotiation and drafting of access agreements and easements.
While in law school, Alec served as a writer and editor on the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
