Archer Successfully Defends The School District of Philadelphia
December 5, 2007 - In a major victory, The School District of Philadelphia successfully defended a direct claim for compensatory damages in excess of 8 million dollars, for its alleged failure to provide a student with a free appropriate education resulting in alleged loss of language skills, in violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq. Ross Aboff Joins Expanding Princeton Office
Princeton, NJ (June 13, 2007) -- Archer, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Ross Aboff, Esquire, to the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Aboff joins Archer as an Associate in the firm’s expanding Princeton office.
