Salvatore M. DeBunda, Archer Partner and President and General Counsel of the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association (PTHA), shared an update that Parx will open again on June 22, 2020 but with certain protocols in place.

Salvatore M. Debunda Re-Elected as President of Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association
Archer Partner Salvatore M. DeBunda was recently re-elected to a fourth three-year term as President of the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association (“PTHA”). Mr. DeBunda began his first term as President of the PTHA in 2010. He has been a member of the PTHA Board for eight terms as an Owner/Director, First Vice President, and Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Salvatore DeBunda Inducted Into PARX Racing Hall of Fame
Salvatore M. DeBunda, a Partner in Archer’s Philadelphia office, and longtime thoroughbred horse owner and breeder, was recently inducted as an owner into the PARX Racing Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame recognizes thoroughbred horses, trainers, jockeys, owners and others for their achievements at Parx Racing, and inductees are some of the region’s greatest names in horse racing. Legendary turf writer and journalist Dick Jerardi was inducted along with Mr. DeBunda.
