Municipal Outreach and Land Use

Richard Wells is a panel speaker at this year's New Jersey Cannabis Convention speaking at the session on "Municipal Outreach and Land Use."  Since New Jersey first pushed for legalization, home-rule has always been a contentious signature policy of the state that has helped balance the short-term and long-term visions for the cannabis industry.
