Richard Jon Contant to Present at Bergen County Bar Association Land Use Symposium
Richard Jon Contant, a member of Archer, P.C.'s Land Use Group, will be presenting at the Bergen County Bar Association Land Use Symposium on May 7, 2016, an analysis of Grabowsky v. Township of Montclair, one of the significant decisions issued by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2015 that involves the subject of potential conflicts of interests for local Planning and Zoning boards in New Jersey. Part of the Symposium involves permitting Planning and Zoning Board members the opportunity to secure necessary certification to allow them to sit on such Boards, while the remainder provides continuing legal education for attorneys practicing in these fields or which have an interest in learning about them.
