75th Anniversary of Lindbergh Kidnapping Case
March 14, 2007 - Gregory J. Palakow, Archer attorney and President of the Hunterdon County Bar Association will be a featured guest at the 75th observance of the Lindbergh kidnapping case at the Historic Court House in Flemington, New Jersey on March 31, 2007 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The program will begin with a short film followed by a discussion about the competing interests regarding investigation and prosecution of high profile crimes and the relationship between and among the press, the court, the defense attorneys, litigants and prosecutors. Issues such as cameras in the courtroom will be discussed. During the presentation, actors from the production, “Crime of the Century” will enact both the direct and cross-examination of defendant Bruno Hauptman for purposes of discussion. Editors, journalists and photojournalists have been invited to serve as actual participants by posing questions to the featured guests.
