The article addresses the regulations guiding food and entertainment in breweries, put in place by The New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control's (ABC), and how the guidelines affect the experience for consumers.

Changes in the ways in which technology affects daily life have inevitably impacted litigation practices and required changes in the way that the law reacts to developments in society. Over ten years of experience with e-discovery principles and practice have led to significant changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure which will become effective on December 1, 2015, and which will likely trickle down to state court rules over time. Each month, courts make new rulings that address novel issues that arise when the law meets new technologies and the new ways in which people make use of those technologies. With most cases now involving some sort of e-discovery and technology, attorneys need to know how to effectively handle the issues that can arise, including the ethical concerns they pose.
