Trevor Prince Joins Archer

Archer welcomes Trevor A. Prince, Jr. as an Associate in Archer’s Business Litigation Group. Trevor focuses his practice on commercial and complex litigation. He represents companies and businesses in a broad range of industries, and individuals in state, federal, and appellate courts in New Jersey and New York. Trevor handles a variety of litigation matters, including, among others, those related to contract disputes, products liability, fraud, business torts, labor & employment, civil rights, insurance, property damage, construction disputes, and real estate.

Trevor represents clients in all aspects of the litigation process, from client counseling and initial pleadings, to appeals. He manages fact and expert investigation, strategy development, and discovery implementation, including drafting pleadings and written discovery, drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, reviewing and producing documents, oral argument, and negotiating settlements.

Prior to joining Archer, Trevor was an associate in the litigation department of a national Am Law 200 law firm. Following law school, Trevor served as legal counsel for a consulting firm. Previous to that, he served as legal counsel for an entertainment, marketing, and media organization. Trevor earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his B.B.A. from Howard University.
