Document Production Specialist
Archer & Greiner is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Document Production Specialist to join our Document Production Team in the Voorhees office. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, with one-hour lunch break. This position reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Support Staff Manager.
Job Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of law firm experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Availability to work overtime when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365
- E-filing experience in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Federal Courts (a plus)
- Familiarity with Kofax Power PDF, DocXtools and Aderant (a plus)
- College degree (preferred)
