TRUST & ESTATE ENROLLED AGENT
Archer & Greiner, P.C. is seeking a fulltime Trust & Estate Enrolled Agent to join our Voorhees, NJ office. The Trust & Estate Enrolled Agent is responsible for managing a broad range of trust and estate matters, including client tax returns, estates and trust administration, document preparation, and client case management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare fiduciary income tax returns
- Assist with probate, trust, and estate administration
- Prepare inheritance, estate, and gift tax returns
- Prepare and review fiduciary accountings
- Provide exceptional service to the firm’s clients on trust and estate matters
Qualifications:
- 3-5 or more years of experience in client tax return preparation required
- 3-5 or more years of experience in fiduciary accounting (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certificate required
- Experience in trust & estate administration planning (preferred)
- Prior law firm experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail

A/P & ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Archer and Greiner, P.C. seeks a full-time A/P & Accounting Assistant to work in our Voorhees, NJ office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a collegial work environment. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Print/Mail check payments and maintain orderly and complete file copies of these paid invoices in the A/P file storage drawers.
- Organize and file all A/P generated invoices.
- Ability to handle rush requests and complete month end tasks timely and accurately prior to month end accounting close.
- Assist with disbursement entry for depository accounts; assist with reviewing and maintaining balances in depository accounts.
- Reconcile vendor statements and past due balances on invoices; maintain vendor contact to resolve payment issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet departmental objectives and deadlines.
- Additional tasks assigned to help other members of our Accounting Team.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; some college is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Basic Excel and Aderant, or a similar accounting system are not required, but a plus.
- Must have strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and clear, effective communication.
- Must embrace new challenges with enthusiasm and a willingness to expand skills.

Job Qualifications:
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: NJ Bar or PA Bar admission required; NY and/or DE Bar admission is a plus.
- Experience: 3-6 years of litigation and corporate/finance transactional experience required.
- Skills:
- Experience with governmental regulation and incentives or alternative energy transactions is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
