Social Media and Design Coordinator
Archer & Greiner, P.C. is seeking a dedicated Social Media and Design Coordinator to oversee and evolve the firm’s presence and brand on its social networks. The Social Media and Design Coordinator will report to the Director of Communications and closely collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure a cohesive, effective online presence. This individual will be responsible for implementing firm social media strategy and provide day-to-day oversight of Archer’s presence and activity on relevant social platforms. They will also play a central role in efforts to drive social media adoption and engagement among individual lawyers across the firm.
This is a highly visible role working in a fast-paced professional services environment and requires a self-starting individual with a strong technical background, a talent for writing creative copy, designing and modifying graphics, and social media management skills to create engaging, brand-focused content that will drive social media campaigns surrounding firm initiatives, culture and successes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm’s day-to-day social media presence, posting to firm social media accounts across key platforms — which currently includes LinkedIn, Facebook and X
- Write copy for daily social media posts
- Management, creation and execution of dynamic content for daily social media posts, including purchased and custom created graphics/design images, infographics, video assets, audio clips and other creative deployments
- Attend firm events as needed to document and/or observe for content creation
- Serve as the go-to resource on social media best practices
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar that aligns with the firm’s goals and brand strategy
- Identify and recommend enhancements to firm’s current social media presence, including targeted expansion to other channels
- Monitor and leverage social media trends, tools and best practices for the firm’s benefit, including industry developments such as compliance requirements and ethical behavior on social media channels
- Create and deliver training materials for attorneys on best practices to use social media to leverage thought leadership and branding opportunities
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement
- Engage with the online community as needed, responding to comments and messages in a manner consistent with the firm’s voice and policies
- Other duties or special projects may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
- 3+ years of proven work experience in a social media and design role, professional services background a plus
- Highly skilled with major social media platforms and social media management tools, with the ability to master new tools quickly
- High proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
- Ability to grasp future trends in the digital content and social media space and act proactively
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Top-notch time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Confident and self-motivated with ability to interact with firm members at all levels
- Able to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Able to work overtime as needed

Conflicts Analyst
Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a full-time Conflicts Analyst to work in our Voorhees, NJ office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a collegial work environment.
Preferred candidate will have excellent computer skills with knowledge of Aderant Expert/Elite, Basic MS Word and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and generate reports for all new incoming clients
- Set up new clients and matter information
- Maintain all client matter information
- Communicate the results of conflict searches to attorneys and legal administrative assistants
- Exercise sound judgment by thinking critically, independently, and decisively
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working in a law firm conflicts department would be a plus

HELP DESK/ SYSTEMS SUPPORT
Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a Help Desk/Systems Support to work in our Voorhees, NJ office. This position will be onsite, Monday through Friday (hours will vary), as well as a rotating on-call weekend schedule. This person should be highly motivated and have excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and desk support to help resolve any problems employees encounter with software or data management systems – iManage
- Serve as the initial point of contact for any software troubleshooting
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues that involve desktop computer software or data management systems
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have 2 -5 years of experience in a Law Firm setting
- Basic knowledge and understanding of legal documents and document management systems
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Kofax PDF, and iManage
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must be extremely organized, great attention to detail, and be able to prioritize workload
