HELP DESK/ SYSTEMS SUPPORT
Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a Help Desk/Systems Support to work in our Voorhees, NJ office. This position will be onsite, Monday through Friday (hours will vary), as well as a rotating on-call weekend schedule. This person should be highly motivated and have excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and desk support to help resolve any problems employees encounter with software or data management systems – iManage
- Serve as the initial point of contact for any software troubleshooting
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues that involve desktop computer software or data management systems
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have 2 -5 years of experience in a law firm setting
- Basic knowledge and understanding of legal documents and document management systems
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Kofax PDF, and iManage
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must be extremely organized, great attention to detail, and be able to prioritize workload
- Ability to work well as part of collaborative team and communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
- 2+years of legal administrative assistant experience required
- Knowledge of Real Estate documents and procedures

Responsibilities
- Communications with clients, court, counsel, and others
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices for document review
- Conduct legal research
- Coordinate and summarize depositions
- Prepare trial binders and exhibits
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
Qualifications
- Experience electronic filing in New Jersey and New York
- Proficiency in software programs Nuix, Relativity, and iManage
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably with a mid-size or larger law firm
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, high quality work product
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to interact well with attorneys, staff and clients
