Harrison advises debtors, creditors, and other related parties on issues arising in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, including debtors’ and creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation, and general commercial litigation. A skilled and trusted advisor, Harrison takes the time to fully understand his clients’ business and issues they are facing, and remains focused on their key objectives.
Working with clients across a range of industries, Harrison approaches each reorganization and restructuring engagement focused on finding creative ways to preserve value, maximize his clients’ leverage, and achieve the most efficient results. He brings an academic background in human and organizational development, and corporate strategy to his practice, which serves his clients well, allowing him to focus quickly on the organizational effectiveness and interpersonal relationships involved in the matter before him.
Harrison served as a student intern to the Hon. Carla Craig, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York, and as a judicial intern to the Hon. Donald Kurtz, New York State Supreme Court.
