Carlos M. Bollar, a Partner in Archer’s Haddonfield office, was recently named by the Latino Leadership Alliance of New Jersey (LLANJ) as one of the “55 Most Influential Latinos in New Jersey.” Choosing prominent individuals with diverse talents and backgrounds, the LLANJ’s group of honorees represents Latinos, who through their position and/or work, have created positive change and advancement within the Latino community.
The Latino Leadership Alliance of New Jersey is the largest, and only statewide, non-partisan, non-profit entity advocating for Latino causes and advancement of New Jersey diverse communities.
Mr. Bollar is one of the leading environmental attorneys in New Jersey, representing clients in complex toxic tort, product liability and environmental litigation matters. He handles environmental litigation cases in all of the contexts in which they arise, including single plaintiff cases, mass actions involving hundreds of plaintiffs, class actions, and defending clients against state and federal government. Carlos regularly handles high stakes litigation with massive potential damages. He has tried numerous contested matters in federal and state courts and has experience in all aspects of pre-trial and trial work.
Carlos has been involved in numerous professional, charitable and community organizations over the years. He is currently the President of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. He is also the Deputy Regional President for Region III of the Hispanic National Bar Association. In 2015, Carlos was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the Working Group on Judicial Fundraising. Carlos also currently serves on the Legislative and CLE Advisory committees of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Carlos frequently lectures on various topics relating to environmental law, complex litigation, e-discovery and diversity in the legal profession.
