Overview
Suzanne is a trial attorney representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters involving personal injury in areas that include commercial vehicle and construction accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, and toxic tort, among others. Suzanne also serves as counsel for clients in general litigation matters. She has extensive trial and appellate experience in both federal and state courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Serving as counsel for plaintiffs and defendants has given Suzanne the advantage of seeing personal injury cases from the perspective of both sides. This experience allows her to develop and successfully execute trial strategy and tactics and deliver favorable results to her clients.
Suzanne’s personal injury cases involve catastrophic injuries and wrongful death resulting from automobile and commercial vehicle accidents, work place injuries, slip and falls, product liability, construction accidents, and medical malpractice. She also defends clients against personal injury suits involving industrial equipment, manufacturing machinery, and premises liability.
Clients appreciate Suzanne’s compassion and understanding and her hard work to protect them. Her approach is a holistic one – her focus is on the client’s top priorities while remaining sensitive to their feelings. Suzanne goes beyond litigating the case, her goal is to help her clients get through what can be a traumatic period in their life and come out on the other side in a better place. She strives to make the process as easy as possible by guiding her clients through an often challenging and difficult process.
Prior to joining Archer, Suzanne was an attorney at a New Jersey civil litigation firm, where she litigated cases in a variety of insurance defense practice areas.
Following law school, Suzanne served as a law clerk for the Hon. Raymond A. Batten J.S.C. (Ret.) in Cape May County Superior Court.
