Justin W. Oravetz

Mr. Oravetz has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, contracts, construction and real estate related litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Mr. Oravetz’s practice focuses in the areas of contract disputes, construction defects, delay claims, construction liens, municipal liens, bond claims, consumer protection laws and regulations promulgated thereunder, and commercial tenancy issues.  Mr. Oravetz has represented a diverse array of clients including national and local companies, developers, non-profit corporations, construction owners, contractors and suppliers, property management companies as well as individual landlords, tenants and homeowners.

Mr. Oravetz has represented clients at trial and arbitration in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in cases ranging from several thousand to multi-million dollars.  Mr. Oravetz has also represented clients in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Appellate Courts.

Mr. Oravetz graduated from the University of Richmond in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Oravetz worked in accounting, marketing and business management for four years before attending Widener University School of Law. Mr. Oravetz graduated, cum laude, from Widener University in 2005 and was Senior Staff of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. In addition to his juris doctorate, Mr. Oravetz was awarded a Business Organization Law Certificate, with honors.
