Blair Palmisano

Blair concentrates her practice on health care compliance and regulatory matters, as well as transactional matters. She represents physician groups, ambulatory surgical centers, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and adult day care facilities, among others. She counsels clients on a variety of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, including New Jersey licensing requirements, as well as HIPAA, Stark and Anti-Kickback laws. Blair assists clients with certification and licensing applications and advice. She also drafts management, administrative services, and admission agreements.

During law school, Blair interned with the Healthcare and Government Fraud Units of both the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of New Jersey and the New Jersey Office of Attorney General, where she assisted with healthcare fraud and abuse investigations and proceedings. She also spent a year interning for various offices in the City of Newark, including the Office of Mayor Cory Booker, the Department of Law, and the Department of Child and Family Well-Being.

Previously, Blair served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Baber, J.S.C. in Hudson County, during the 2013-2014 court term.

Blair obtained her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Health Law.
